I have found a lot of documentation on the internet on how to chose the correct riding position for a mountain bike or a road bike. The thing is that my bike doesn't fit in those classes.

My bike is exactly this one

I want to know what is the best riding position for my bike.

On this bike you can use position same as on MTB. If bike is not long enough position will be more upright, but it is not bad for shot distances. So, if you prefer comfort — ride in upright position; if you prefer speed — set you handlebar down, rise saddle up and get more horizontal body position for better aerodynamics and more efficient pedaling.
