Dynamo-hubs are wheel hubs that contain an electricity-generating mechanism (dynamo) that converts wheel motion into electricity to power lights or other accessories on a bicycle. They form an integral part of the wheel in contrast to bottle dynamos that are affixed separately to the bike.
