For questions about the gear (typically bags or cases) used to carry stuff while riding a bike. Luggage can be carried on your person (backpack, messenger bag) or on your bike (handlebar bag, rack bag, panniers, low riders, etc.). For questions about cargo bikes (bakfiets), or trailers, or transporting heavy or bulky items that don't fit well in luggage use the [cargo] tag.
