Annoying clicking sound from the bottom bracket @Mozammel, removing the BB is actually pretty easy on the FSA BB30, you just need a 10mm allen key, and turn against the cup on the non-drive crank. The non-drive crank will just pop right off, then you can remove the drive side. Clean out the shaft, and the BB internals, and re-grease and put back together. All you need is the 10mm allen key and some grease. |

Should I be wearing sunblock? @geoffc - A cycling cap tends to stop the sweat from running into the eyes as a bonus (really bad when mixed with suncream), but they get wet from sweat... and it does add to the cooling effect - almost just as cool as not wearing one. I wear one in summer for the sun protection, and stopping the sweat in the eyes, and in winter to stop the cold and sweat in the eyes |

What is the maximum number of pucture repairs an inner tube can take? If they are rolled or folded as a carry on spare the patches are more likely to peal off the on the wheel. |

Unicycle recommendation Well there are a few tricycle questions, so unicycle questions should be fine. |

What considerations are important when purchasing a new chain? What type of bike, gearing, etc... You can use tags to specify type of bike, and gearing. |

How do I align a wheel? Some more info on the technique would be great, like which spokes to lengthen or shorten to move the wheel back to true. Also, do you need the truing stand, or can you make do without? |

What is must-have gear for mountain biking? Bandages are a great idea, that I had not thought of, some basic first aid. |

How to Prevent Cramping @neilfein, I have heard that stretching before exercise is actually not good for muscles, however, do you stretch after riding, and does this help with cramps, as I do find stretching after riding helps a bit, but not much on it's own. |

Rollerbrakes very noisy when used Yes you cannot just use any grease. The rollers actually push the shoes agains the drum causing friction between the drum and shoes (brake shoes, not feet shoes), which causes you to slow or stop. |
