How can I improve my stamina? Thanks for the answer. While I'm riding I'm eating from time to time, mainly bananas. Before the ride I can't eat anything, because then I feel sick. I don't eat before any sport (soccer, hiking, volleyball, jogging, swimming, etc.) |

How could I have avoided this accident? I was really a big mud whole. After the accident I tried to measure it, and it reached until my knees! I also couldn't really avoid the mud hole because the whole path was the hole. |

I have to add that I'm living next to Switzerland and I'm also using Swiss franks, so the financial situation isn't a problem. Additionally I know a lot of this hints you gave me, so I'm rather interested in concrete names of passes. |
