Why recover with carbohydrates, instead of with protein? I think this question is out of the scope of cycling and better suited to Fitness and Nutrition |

Useful and accurate mapping websites: United Kingdom Please submit one at a time. I use InstaMapper for tracking my dog walks with my iPhone. It relies heavily on a decent GPS signal for good results. |

What's your most useful cycle accessory? @Neil Fein, CamelBaks are fairly expensive, you're usually buying it for the brand. I've bought a decent two litre water bladder + rucksack for £40 from the 'Bikehut brand owned by Halfords |

Why do the front and rear brakes work independently? I'd like to add that no matter what brake you use it's all about your posture when braking, if you lean back into the seat a bit more and put pressure on the back wheel you'll be less likely to flip. |

Why do the front and rear brakes work independently? That's interesting, I found using my right hand brake even slightly whilst speeding down a hill slows me down dramatically, I ought to try the other one out. |

What are the most important things to bring on a ride? Could you suggest anything cheaper as an alternative to using a dollar bill. It seem's odd that you would waste money like that. |
