I ride for fitness, enjoyment and an easier, less stressful commute.

On weekends I ride a custom (by Kennedy's Cycle Fit) road bike with Campag gear.

To commute I ride an SE Lager fixed (love the fixie!)

With the family I ride a Shogun hybrid.

I love to tinker with my bikes and won't go to a mechanic unless it's for something advanced or unfamiliar.

@Kibbee It depends where you are. At my house it's almost instant. At work though in the city it can take up to 10 minutes.

+1 for both co2 and a pump. CO2 on it's own is no good because if you get a few flats you're out of luck. But CO2 is really the only way I've found to get up to full pressure while on the road.
