I ride for fitness, enjoyment and an easier, less stressful commute.
On weekends I ride a custom (by Kennedy's Cycle Fit) road bike with Campag gear.
To commute I ride an SE Lager fixed (love the fixie!)
With the family I ride a Shogun hybrid.
I love to tinker with my bikes and won't go to a mechanic unless it's for something advanced or unfamiliar.

I want an cool urban/track bike with 3speeds. Could you recommend me one? @PaulTDavies I'm not sure... I took my bike in and asked for a hub to fit it because I've been bitten by this issue before. |

Can I buy handlebar tape in bulk Thanks for the answer. I suspected that might be the case, but it's such a surprise. It seems so obvious to provide tape by the roll to shops. |

How can somebody with Type I diabetes keep blood sugar levels acceptable during and after a multi-hour ride? Inline trailers I had a single trail a bike. When the kid throws his weight from side to side it can be quite unsettling. With two on the back, I imagine stability would become quite an issue. |
