Can cyclists legally ride on the sidewalk? I have a short driveway for our home garage and nearly got hit while pulling the car out by a bicyclist who was going full-speed on the sidewalk. I've never had problems with pedestrians, but at bike speed (15-20mph) sidewalks are dangerous. |
