Great find! Most of those look a little sketchy, but the bolt on type shown on ratrodbikes.com actually look like a real option if they fit your frame. No idea they existed. Deleting my answer because it's obviously wrong.

I'm not sure why you're limiting the damage to just the wheels. Bikes don't ship well, especially internationally, and that goes doubly so when you've got airline bag throwers handling a bike in a bag.

Mirrors are gimmicky. I've never understood why they put them on cars and motorcycles. And regarding bar ends, I've always thought World Champion Nino Schurter and the rest of the pros that use bar ends were a bunch of hacks anyway ;)
