Four or five years ago, I'd aver.

comment Restoring a 16"
Fixing a coaster brake isn't hard. Just take it apart, clean everything, put in a light oil, and put it all back in reverse order.

Fitting a child seat won't be easy or even possible on every frame. Above all else they are designed to maximize safety, not ease of installation. Consider getting a bike trailer instead. They are arguably a safer option anyway, and what limited statistics exist on the topic bear that out. And bike trailers fit on more bikes than child seats do.

comment full fenders on a track bike
@DanielRHicks I have about 2cm all around. I guess I'm good. Maybe I should give it a go and see what happens.

@JohnZwinck pretty sure that stuff all went flying too. The shift lever remains, and works as a brake lever in its own right, but I don't trust it whatsoever.

comment Will slightly loose bearings result in damage?
Minor quibble: you should be trying to maximize the lifetime of your hubs, since they are the more expensive and harder to replace component. Moot here though because wear to one directly affects the other.
