It is impossible to drink a gallon of milk in an hour.

I have done so.

Therefore, I can do the impossible.

comment Need help on finalizing a bicycle for fitness and recreation!
Ultimately, this question seems to me to be seeking product recommendations. This community has determined that those types of questions are off topic. While this website is dedicated to bicycles, it is a Q&A site. Shopping questions do not fit that format well. As I said before, if you do not feel that this question fits that closure criteria, simply cast a reopen vote. If four other members of the community agree with you, your question will automatically be reopened.

It is true that there are older, unclosed shopping questions still lurking around. The community on this site only came to a consensus on shopping questions in the last few months and shopping as a closure reason was very recently added to our off-topic page. If you truly feel that this question is a good fit for the site, cast a reopen vote and it will be open to the community.

comment How much does tire pressure affect the weight of the wheels
I seriously doubt that it's an appreciable amount, but this is a fascinating question. I hope someone has the knowledge and/or equipment to come up with an answer.

@Kibbee I've used those in the past but have found that I have a habit of accidentally snapping them off.

comment When riding with a single pannier, does it matter which side it's on?
@PeteH It's not really a design flaw, just a couple of factors coming together in a bad way. The light is low because it's a suspension seatpost and the pannier is a Timbuk2 Shift, which just happens to sit high.

Nothing is mounted incorrectly. It's not the tire and frame that blocks it, it's the pannier. It's a seatpost mounted light with a Timbuk2 Shift pannier, which just sits high up on the rack. And the seatpost is a suspension seatpost, so the light has to be mounted low. You can see the light just fine from behind, but as you pass it just kind of disappears behind the pannier.

comment Is a Giant TCX W wrong for me if I want to use it for around town and occasional long rides?
@Akshay is correct. The CX geometry also typically includes a longer wheelbase and a more upright riding position.
