I am a senior in high school, and a novice programmer. I know Java and Python (from my computer science courses), but I also know C# (because the syntax is almost identical to Java).
I am working on learning Objective-C for iPhone coding. And learning C++ for my arduino.

Is there such thing as an automatic transmission for bikes? Lol. I had to laugh at the video on the site. But I do indeed see how they could be useful for older people who do not want to deal with shifting gears. |

Difference between “Track Frame set” and a “TimeTrial/Triathalon frame set” This is indeed my first build. I currently ride a pre-made road bike. I've replaced many of the parts, but always with the equivalent. I've never gotten creative. I thought I might be able to this time. I really just want to make a fast, light bike. Thank you for your answer - it definitely got me thinking in a different direction then I was! |

What cleats should I get as my first cycling shoes? Yeah, I've been doing that for a while, and now they're as tight as they can go. But It's not only the tension, the actual pedals are really loud (I've lubed then a few times but it doesn't help). |

What cleats should I get as my first cycling shoes? I love my mountain bike cleats because I can walk around in them, and they just look like a pair of running shoes. The problem is: they don't have a very tight fit with the clips. And that is OK, but now that I need new pedals I would like to upgrade to something a little more sturdy. And from what I've heard road bike clips are more sturdy. |

Should I use a master link? Actually the SRAM Power Link is the exact one that I had so much trouble with on my mountain bike. :( I guess I'll just have to rivet my new chain together. |

Why do you think I nearly fell on this turn? But if you get comfortable using them then you won't be afraid of going over. I think I have a really similar bike to you (I have CR1) and I don't even think about which brakes to use anymore. It's become habitual. |
