Does my bottom bracket need replacing? @Mattew. Well said. I bought a Boardman because 99% of the information I found about them was positive, including reviews. Maybe I wasn't looking in the right places. Now I really wish I'd stuck to a more established brand that would have been more reliable. Oh well, hindsight is a wonderful thing |

I often get a sore neck when riding. How can I adjust the setup of my bike to help prevent this happening? That's really useful thanks! From reading your answer and the Sheldon Brown info I suspect that raising my handlebars or shortening the stem will help |

Does my bottom bracket need replacing? After speaking to the guys in the store where I bought the bike it turns out that this is a very common problem with Boardmans, they have replaced a lot of bottom brackets, possibly due to a bad batch of components |
