What to do about hypothermia on a long ride? I had never heard of that. The conditions were the same as described in the wiki--mid-30's so not too cold and it was the during the last third of the ride. |

How are the racing categories in the US decided? It's at the bottom of the page: usacycling.org/news/user/story.php?id=580 You get points for placing, but it's adjusted for field sizes (so you can't get 7 pts for winning a crit against 4 other guys!). |

Is the plastic sleeve optional for a GXP bottom bracket install? I was referring to the clear plastic cylinder. I've since found other forums where people are saying it isn't necessary but good to have. I'll put it back in the next time I work on the bike. |
