Software architect, developer, and project manager with a 14-year track record of successfully delivered software. I am an expert C++ programmer, am proficient in Python and Lisp, and have experience in many other languages and technologies as well.
I specialize in solving hard problems, such as manipulating enormous volumes of data and optimization algorithms for NP-hard problems.
Recreational cyclist, slowly growing more serious about it. I own three bikes: A 2010 Trek 1.1, a 2006 Marin Stinson hybrid, and a fixie I'm building out of an early-80's Motobecane Super Mirage. Hiker and outdoorsman.

Is it legal to pass a car on the right when that car is turning? As an American who lives in the suburbs, the idea of a bike lane that extends through an intersection makes me all dreamy... |

Best bike for neck in straight position? You're going to need to be more specific about your neck problems. Some problems (such as mine) make it hard to be bent over looking up, as on a road bike, while others (as in the question you linked to) make it hard to sit up too straight. |
