exploding inner tubes You have no business wondering why your inner tubes are exploding if you don't have a tire pressure gauge and you don't know how old the tubes are. Buy a pressure gauge and inflate to the recommended pressure. |

How to ride to work without sweating? You should change the title to 'How to ride to work and sweat less' since there are some things you can do in this world and some you cannot |

Solid Foam Rubber Inner Tubes For Mountain Bikes You don't want to use those. If it was a good idea to use them they would still be sold. |

Rear Derailleur Curled Up Is this a new bike or a used bike? I don't normally say this, but I think a trip to your local bike shop will provide you with some much needed pointers to get you back in the game. It might be that you're not using correctly as Daniel suggested, or it may be any number of things depending on how old the bike is. |

Watts per wheel on my cyclocross I do the same thing, but you said you were using cyclocross tires. If you're trying to compare cyclocross tires to road tires, that's like trying to compare a motorcycle to a truck, they're designed to do completely different things. Even still, if you're a beginner, don't worry about what effect your tires have on your power. Concentrate on your technique. |
