What are the reasons for and against wearing a bicycle helmet? I followed the suggestion of Jeff Atwood and cited my experience with wearing a helmet and how some people start wearing them after having an accident or seeing one from close by. It sometimes is the only way they get rid of the won't happen to me attitude. I'm just like that too, won't wear a helmet on my regular bike until I crash. |

Outstanding Organized Rides It was fun but I got a lot of cramps in my legs in the last two climbs and the first kilometers of Alpe d'Huez where really hot. In the next picture I am riding the Galibier (about 9%) wielertoerist.be/Samuel/fotos/titel+foto/… and really dying. |
