I am an experienced developer capable of working with systems that operate across multiple platforms using a wide range of technologies. I have a strong understanding of the principles of application development and deployment, operating systems, networks and communications technologies. I am capable of leading or working within technical teams, as well as acting as an individual on projects.

I am committed to ensuring my skills remain current and at the forefront of emerging technologies. I am a contributor to over 30 open source projects, many of which I am the project owner. These open source projects provide me with the opportunity to continue to learn from other developers and be exposed to diverse problem solving methods and techniques. I maintain a valuable network of contacts within the develop/programing community through these projects and my blog.
