I recently bought a hybrid human/electric bicycle at a garage sale, and I've been working on getting it into usable shape again. It is about 10 years old, and needs some work. The battery was quite dead in it, so I've replaced it, it also needs a new tire, which I'm going to take care of soon. What else should I do to get the bicycle in good working condition again?

EDIT Here's a few pictures, let me know if there's any other area of the bike I can get a few shots to help you guys help me. Thanks for the tips so far! The brand is Lafree, I can't tell a model, it's around 10 years old, if that helps...
