I am looking to buy a bicycle with a front disc brake and a rear foot brake. I am asking this because I have mild muscular dystrophy and lost almost all of my grip strength so it is very difficult for me to stop with hand brakes. Maybe there is another solution other than a rear foot brake and I am open to other suggestions. If not can you recommend a good bike with a rear foot brake. I would like the 21+ gear option but I am not sure this is possible. I don't want to go totoo expensive but I want a good bike.
