Jun 14, 2020 at 0:31 comment added biketoeverything.com Yes I agree, it's important to make sure your lights are not in people's eyes, fixed or not! I've seen people with lights angled upward since they're just to "be seen", but people can't see you if they're blinded by the light!
Dec 25, 2019 at 12:38 comment added Willeke If you use strong helmet lights you have to be careful not to blind other cyclists (or not be bothered about doing so.) That is even more so as with fixed to the bike lights, which are less unpredictable.
