You can get a decent workout in 60 minutes and not everyone lives in places which deliver suitable routes on their doorsteps. Ideal for winter weekday evenings when you can't put in a decent outdoor ride (work, kids) - not to mention being able to catch up on the TV you'd miss if you were out on the road ... | |
