I would like to convert SRAM Power Spline with 50/34 POWERGLIDE chainrings to a 50/30 T combo. It has 110mm so will not accept 30T. What crank assembly/bottom bracket and chainrings should I use to replace the current crankshaft with? This is a Specialized Ruby 2012.

If you are happy to increase your cadence on the higher gears, then maybe this 46/30 will do.
