Questions tagged [indoor]

Many people cycle indoors on trainers or rollers to maintain fitness during the winter. Those of us into structured training may even do some indoor sessions year round. This tag deals with all aspects of indoor cycling that relate to trainers and rollers and how they interact with bicycles. Questions purely about virtual environments, e.g. Zwift, Rouvy, Wahoo’s SYSTM, are better directed to the platform’s tech support or user forums.
