Also, the internet is global, and $100 USD in your town is pretty unrelated to a city on the other side of the country.
In addition, the currency varies - US Dollars are utterly irrelevant to a Swede (kronor) or to a Japanese (Yen) or to a Colombian (who pays in Pesos)
If you're asking a question about Pricing, try and make it not about pricing, or try joining [chat] where things are a lot less structured and much more topical.
