Tubus offers adapters to mount their racks to the axle and seat tubes (or you could mount directly to the seat stay bridge if it exists and has eyelets). Most of the weight should be on the axle. There are also seat post clamps with eyelets for a rack if you don’t want to clamp to the seat tube.
