Mar 16, 2021 at 14:13 comment added Chris H How low is her riding position? Going from an upright (e.g. MTB, typical hybrid) position to a really slammed setup in one go is likely to be a problem; a more relaxed (touring-like) posture is a good intermediate step or may be a solution.
