Doing a 230km / 142 mile cycle this weekend over 2 days, what vital equipment am I missing?
I have done couple of 300's and learn something that maybe useful:
2 (or 3 is better) spare tubes.
Multi-tool.
Powerbank to charge mobile.
Gloves.
Pre check weather and carry rainwear.
Spare batteri …
